Some of MAC�s partners are senior executives who have executed, negotiated and integrated healthcare services acquisitions globally. The General Partner has developed strong relationships at both upper and middle management levels within the healthcare sector over the years. The General Partner will rely on close professional relationships with senior executives within the healthcare industry to source deals.

The General Partner also seeks to expand its contact base by sourcing deals through the management of the firms that it invests in. Sector specific management often have contacts within its industry that have been cultivated over the years.

The General Partner intends to hire, if needs be, a healthcare executive who serves as consultant to MAC. This consultant will leverage his or her contacts to source deals.

Finally, the General Partner seeks to leverage the contacts of its mergers and acquisition advisors who have a broad set of contacts to call upon to source deals.
